Prashi Solution is committed to delivering high-quality services and ensuring a transparent relationship with its clients. This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which project cancellations, refunds, and project terminations are handled.

1. General Policy

  • Prashi Solution provides digital services such as web design, development, software applications, and consulting. These services are non-tangible and delivered digitally.
  • Since services can be utilized immediately upon commencement, they cannot be returned.
  • All projects follow predefined milestones, scope documents, and agreements to ensure clarity and avoid miscommunication.

2. Refund Policy

2.1 Refunds for Completed Work

No refunds will be granted for any completed milestone or module.

Once time and effort have been invested in completing a module or milestone, the associated cost becomes non-refundable.

2.2 Project Termination (Mutual Decision)

If terminated mutually, Prashi Solution will:

  • Hand over all completed work up to the termination date.
  • Refund any payment made for future development not yet initiated.

2.3 Refund Within 48 Hours (Special Provision)

If the client decides to shift to another service provider within 48 hours of project initiation, Prashi Solution will issue a refund for the amount paid.

2.4 Special Occasion Offers

No refunds or cancellations are permitted for services offered under:

  • Festive promotions
  • Special discounts
  • Limited-time offers

These services are non-refundable.

2.5 T&M and Dedicated Developer Services

Services billed on a Time & Material basis or Hire Dedicated Developer mode are strictly non-refundable.

3. Cancellation Policy

3.1 Submitting a Cancellation Request

All cancellation requests must be sent to the Project Management Office (PMO) via email.

A cancellation request is considered valid only after written confirmation is received from the PMO.

3.2 Processing Time

Prashi Solution requires a minimum of 2 weeks to process a cancellation request.

3.3 Based on Service Level Agreement (SLA)

Cancellations will follow the terms agreed in the Service Level Agreement signed at the start of the project.

3.4 Beta Release Stage

Once the project has been released for beta delivery, cancellation is not permitted.

3.5 Payment for Work Done

If a project is canceled (mutually or by request), payment must be made for:

  • All efforts invested
  • All milestones completed
  • Work done up to the cancellation date

3.6 Delivery of Final Assets

Prashi Solution will not deliver source code, designs, or project materials if payments are outstanding or unsettled.
